Our neighbours, the City of Prospect, are undertaking an Integrated Transport Plan

We encourage residents who travel through and to the City of Prospect, to provide feedback and ideas to assist with the creation of their draft Integrated Transport Plan.

Transport and road networks play an integral role in making Prospect a liveable community, and it’s important this infrastructure can adapt to challenges such as population growth, an ageing population, changing urban form and climate change.

To address these challenges, the City of Prospect are committed to delivering an Integrated Transport Plan (ITP) that respects the unique character of Prospect and helps the community stay, play and work local.

An ITP is a strategic document designed to coordinate various modes of transportation such as vehicles, buses, trains, cycling and walking, to ensure they work together efficiently.

The City of Prospect are currently seeking community feedback on existing traffic, parking and transportation concerns and requirements, as well as ideas for future plans and upgrades, so they can deliver an ITP that supports their thriving and growing community.

This is your chance to let the City of Prospect know your traffic and parking concerns and ideas for their area.

Phase 1 community consultation is open from Saturday 12 October to Sunday 10 November 2024.
