We have received a request from HPS Transport Pty Ltd and Combined Industries Pty Ltd to close a portion of Schumacher Road at Wingfield and then amalgamate this portion of closed road into the adjoining business land.

The land that is proposed for closure is:

• A portion of Schumacher Road, Wingfield measuring approximately 4,770 square meters of land, identified as Allotment 30 in Deposition Plan 71326 and described in Certificate of Title Volume 5982 Folio 6.
• A portion of Schumacher Road, Wingfield measuring approximately 370 square meters of land, identified as Allotment 260 in Deposition Plan 73696 and described in Certificate of Title Volume 5988 Folio 196.

The proposed closure of the portions of road are delineated as 'A', 'B', 'C', 'D' and 'E' on the below Preliminary Plan.

Your feedback must be headed ‘Proposed Closure of Portions of Schumacher Road, Winfield’ and include full name and address, and will be treated as a public document.

Any person may object to the proposed road process, or any person affected by the proposed closure may apply for an easement to be granted in that person’s favour over the land subject to the proposed road closure.
