Make a representation to Council or upload a submission

If you're into the detail, want to focus in on a particular project, issue or have more to say in general you can upload a submission for the draft City Vision and/or Annual Business Plan 2024-25 or find information about how you can make a representation to a Council meeting here on this page.

How to make a representation to a Council Meeting

You can also come to the Meeting of Council on Tuesday 14 May 2024 commencing at 7 pm at the Town Hall on 34 Nile Street, Port Adelaide where members of the public can attend as an interested observer or present a submission about the draft plans to Council.

Please note: if you would like to make representation at the meeting, you must first register with us by calling (08) 8405 6600.

How to upload a submission

We recommend preparing a submission in a word processing application, saving it and uploading to the form below or emailing it to us at consultation@cityofpae.sa.gov.au.

Make sure to include your name, address and email. If you are representing an organisation, include your role and contact information for example on letterhead.

When your document is ready you can upload the file (preferred format is pdf) as an attachment and submit here.

Community Engagement

Our Community Engagement Policy

Note name and address are required to comply with Council’s Public Consultation Policy. All submissions will be treated as public documents upon receipt.

Closing the loop, we will make efforts to 'close-the-loop' with project contributors and followers. We may occasionally send information to acknowledge a contribution, provide key updates on engagement and project processes and outcomes.

Acknowledgement of Country

The City of Port Adelaide Enfield would like to acknowledge that these projects and engagements are taking place on the traditional lands of the Kaurna people. We pay respect to elders past, present and emerging. We acknowledge the continued relationship that Aboriginal people have with Country, culture and beliefs. We further acknowledge the important contributions that Aboriginal people continue to play within our shared community.
