Expressions of interest for the Dogs on Beaches Community Working Group closed Sunday 19 April 2023, we would like to thank all who registered to the process.

A total of 175 expressions of interest were received and reviewed by the independent facilitator and 30 participants selected (see the selection summary) in accordance with the Recruitment and Selection Plan.

All applicants will be notified of the outcome of their expression of interest.

What happens next?

From April to October 2023, the group will work with the independent facilitator to consider different views, options for rules, broader community feedback and reach a consensus on preferred option(s) to be recommended to Council (see the engagement plan).
