What's happening

We are inviting all sport and recreation clubs in the PAE Sport Network to complete our feedback survey about your clubs experiences and relationship working with the City of PAE over the last 12 months. We would like clubs to provide us with an understanding of your current needs and challenges to help shape our club development focuses and support for the future.

We have two Intersport Vouchers valued at $100 each up for grabs for two lucky clubs that share their feedback.

This survey should take no more than 5-10 minutes to complete and should be submitted by one (1) person from the club, on behalf of the committee. We would sincerely appreciate your honest feedback and thank you in advance for your participation.

Engagement summary shared with clubs

These are the terms and conditions for the City of Port Adelaide Enfield PAE Sport Network Annual Survey Competition (“the Competition”)
To enter the Competition:
- Participants must complete the online feedback form (participate.cityofpae.sa.gov.au/pae-sport-network).
One entry per person. Entrants must be aged 18 years or over to enter and the nominated sport and recreation club must reside within the City of Port Adelaide Enfield Council.
The Competition and promotional period runs between Friday 30 May 2025 to Monday 30 June 2025.
The prize pool for the Competition compromises of two (2) Intersport vouchers valued at $100 each. Each voucher comprises of a $50 contribution from the City of PAE and $50 in-kind contribution from Intersport.
Prize is not redeemable for cash.
The entries will be collated with two (2) winners chosen at random from qualifying entries.
The winners will be selected at the Civic Centre by no later than Friday 4 July 2025.
The winners will be notified within 14 days of the closing date via email.
The City of Port Adelaide Enfield, as promoter of the Competition, reserves the right at any to verify the validity of eligible entrants (including an eligible entrant’s identity, address and age i.e. driver’s licence, proof of age card etc) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
If a prize recipient has not responded to correspondence from the City of Port Adelaide Enfield by 14 days from the date of being notified, or is unable to claim the prize, then another winner will be selected at random from the remaining pool of eligible entrants.
The prize must be collected from Civic Centre, Nile Street Port Adelaide SA 5015, unless advised of an alternative arrangement, otherwise the City of Port Adelaide Enfield reserves the right to pass the prize onto other eligible entrants.
The City of Port Adelaide Enfield staff and their immediate families are not eligible to enter the Competition.
The City of Port Adelaide Enfield Council makes no representation expressly or implied, as to the quality, reliability or suitability of the prize and expressly disclaims any liability. Any problems associated with the prize should be brought to the attention of the respective supplier of the service.

Completion of the Survey and opting into the Competition is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
