What is a public toilet plan?

The Public Toilet Plan guides how we plan, renew, and manage of public toilets. It sets out how we will improve existing facilities and deliver new ones where required, focusing on high use public areas such as tourist destinations, significant playgrounds, and walking paths. The plan also establishes expectations for sustainable design, consultation, safe and clean operation, and ongoing provision that supports community, cultural, recreational, and economic participation.
