🚽Implementation plan

These projects have been added to the plan based on a combination of factors, including community use and demand, the current condition of the assets, and their alignment with other planned capital projects, such as playground upgrades. Endorsement of this plan will result in the formal inclusion of these projects within both the Buildings Asset Management Plan and the LTFP, ensuring they are considered in future planning, funding, and delivery. This approach ensures that Council’s investment decisions are both responsive to community needs and strategically coordinated across multiple asset areas.

The delivery plan for new public toilet installations may be adjusted to align with the timing of broader strategic projects and infrastructure upgrades. Coordinating the installation of toilets with these projects allows for more efficient use of resources, minimises disruption, and ensures that facilities are delivered in locations and at times that best support community needs and long-term planning objectives. As such, some installations may be rescheduled to a different year than originally proposed to achieve better alignment and integration with wider initiatives.

Projects marked with an asterisk in the table below (*) are currently not included in the Buildings Asset Management Plan or the Long-Term Financial Plan (LTFP).
