We're committed to delivering great outcomes in 2023-24

Community feedback shapes the direction of our services, facilities and programs — and our Annual Business Plan. Our Annual Business Plan 2023-24 outlines strategic directions and major initiatives that will guide our work for the next 12 months. We have formulated this plan by listening to residents, businesses, community groups, clubs and visitors through the wide range of engagement activities, community forums and surveys over the last year.

Thank you for providing your feedback on our draft Annual Business Plan 2023–24.

Next steps

The 2023-24 Annual Business Plan was endorsed at the Special Council meeting on 27 June 2023. View the meeting agenda and minutes under the document library.

We have an extensive capital works program, maintenance and infrastructure upgrades that will progress PAE and bring benefits for the community and our economy. We’re also continuing the day-to-day work that keeps the City running, such as mowing, street sweeping, waste collection and more.

You can view the final Annual Business Plan 2023-24 under the Document Library and read about what we heard from our community by following the link to the Engagement Summary below.
